FAQ:
1. How is the pack structured?
The pack is designed in 6 sections:
- an Introduction with a passport, membership card, map and basic info
- 4 letters from Bibaluk with activities to go with each.
- The letters need to be read in order for Bibaluk’s story to make sense, but it’s not really so important that the activities go in order.
- There’s a board game to go with Letter #4 that is quite a large file, so I added it separately.
- a ‘Guide for Grown-Ups’ with some notes, lists of materials needed, links to supplementary materials, suggestions for extension activities, and an answer key
2. So I have to print it?
Not all of it. It depends on whether you want your kids off-screen! The letters and info could be looked at online if you want, but colouring and activity pages, as well as game parts, of course need to be on paper. I recommend laminating the cards and pieces of the games so they can be re-used many times.
3. How much adult involvement is required?
You can be as involved as you like, but...
- depending on your kids’ reading level, they might need help with reading some of the letters or information.
- cooking, of course, will need help and/or supervision, as well as maybe the dog sled craft.
- the card games are fairly straightforward but they might need some help with setting up and playing the board game the first time around.
- if you don’t give your kids complete online freedom, they’ll need your help with accessing the samples of music, dance and language.
4. Can I have a refund if I don't like it?
Due to the digital nature of the product, unfortunately refunds are not possible. But feel free to email me any feedback, as I will be updating and improving the packs based on my customers' comments! You'll have lifetime access to any updates.
5. What other country packs are there?
Just this one at the moment. I'm just getting started on this, so more packs are on their way soon!
